These terms govern your use of this website and any pages, forms, chat, or messaging services operated by Athletique Wellness LLC, doing business as Athletique Wellness & Aesthetics. By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SMS text messaging program

How to opt in. You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website, by starting a conversation in our website chat, or by texting us directly. Each form and chat includes a clear disclosure of what you are agreeing to receive. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to an inquiry, before and after a scheduled appointment, and occasionally about promotions.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Athletique Wellness is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (801) 751 5741 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how your information is handled.

No medical advice

The content on this website is general information about our services and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a provider patient relationship. Appointments, offers, and pricing

Appointments are subject to availability. Promotional offers apply only as described at the time of the offer, are available to new patients unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other promotions, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Pricing is subject to change. Deposits, cancellation windows, and no show terms are provided at the time of booking.
